This project was a little more difficult than I thought, esp. since I did not use a pattern. In the end it's not that bad. Of course, this is not the end piece...I kind of ran out of time, and needed to use my tree skirt for Christmas last year. I'm ready to continue this project come December to get me in the Christmas mood. I want to add different scenes to each corner with material. I also want to add batting inside to hopefully give this girl more of a back bone. In the end, I love this thing, and can't wait to get working on it again!!
I like your Christmas tree skirt. I also made mine and I love it. And then last year I made stocking that match the tree skirt. So much fun...makes me want to pull out my material and sew something tonight!
